Delivery & Returns

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Romania: delivered in 3–5 business days by GLS. Free shipping on orders over 800 lei, otherwise 20 lei.

European Union: delivered in 5–7 business days by DHL Express. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Free shipping on orders over €400.

Rest of the world: DHL Express; shipping is calculated at checkout.

During holidays and busy periods, deliveries may take slightly longer. We'll let you know in advance.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it and refuse it, or note the damage with the courier, then contact us at office@irinavoinea.com.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Your first return is free. We'll send you a prepaid courier label, so you don't pay for return shipping. Any further returns are at the customer's expense.

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached.

How to return: contact us at office@irinavoinea.com or on WhatsApp at +40 762 678 107 with your order number. We'll send you the return label and instructions. Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.

Exchanges for a different size are handled the same way. Just tell us the size you need.

Orders placed by companies (legal entities) are not eligible for a refund, but they can be exchanged for a different size or item within the same 30 days.
