How are your products made?

Every IRINA VOINEA piece is created especially for you. We only have a limited number of products in stock and we usually begin production only after your order is placed.

This helps us avoid waste and support a more sustainable fashion cycle, while we have created an efficient production flow to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Where are the garments produced?

All items are crafted in collaboration with local ateliers and experienced artisans. We keep everything close to home to ensure quality and responsible production.

What happens if the size or model isn’t right?

We always do our best to make sure you receive the perfect fit, and if you need help choosing, you can write to us anytime on WhatsApp or email.

If something feels not quite right when it arrives, we’ll gladly help you find the best alternative — a size exchange, a different model, or a gift card. We’re here for you.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Because each item is made specifically for you, our production and processing time is 5–7 working days. As soon as your piece is ready, we’ll move it to shipping.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to adjust something, just reach out to us as quickly as possible. We’ll check whether your order is still in the early production stage and do our best to assist.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, right after you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. It’s our way of letting you know everything has been successfully registered.
